  Satisfactory product but terrible customer service, which is not worth the money you may save over their competitors. I was quoted a 3 week lead time, in the end it was over 5 weeks. I was given a delivery date and I arranged a specialist contractor to be on-site for lifting and installation of the roof light. When I called Roofglaze the day before delivery to check in, I was told the roof light was faulty and could not be delivered after all. This cost me a lot of money and I received no apology. Delivery was rearranged, I asked for a time slot, none was given, but on the morning the driver turned up very early and was hostile when asked to wait for the team to arrive to lift the rooflight off the truck. The impression is of a chaotic operation with different teams not talking to each other and no dedicated account handler to guide a customer through the process. I have since received marketing emails from them and my details have been harvested from these by other companies who are spamming me, when I raised this with Roofglaze I received no response or apology.
